General Returns Policy

We want you to have the best experience of our products and strive to ensure they will reach you in good quality and good condition. Please see below our returns exchanges and refund policy in the Unlikely event that you do have any problems please contact londonmeantime@gmail.com

Damaged items on receipt

If your product arrives damaged or the quality is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will take this up with our supplier on your behalf. 

We may require evidence of the damage or poor quality so please enclose a photograph that clearly identifies the problem. Once assessed as an agreed fault we will refunded you in full including shipping

Delivery issues 

All of our packages are tracked by our supplier. If you do not receive your package by the expected due date, then please first check with your neighbours and anyone in the vicinity who may have received the parcel. 

If the parcel is still not located contact us and we will check The tracking from the supplier end. 

If the supplier cannot provide a proof of delivery, we will refund you in full including shipping costs and if you wish you may re-order the product through our website once more 

We cannot refund items where there is proof of purchase to the address stated by the customer or where the customer has provided an incorrect address

General returns

Other unwanted purchases can can be returned to the address below.

  • The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to inform the seller (londonmeantime@gmail.com) that they wish to return the product. 
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying the seller
  • Once the return has been confirmed as reaching our depot, we will refund the customer within 14 days
  • Return postage must be paid by the customer in this instance unless we have requested the return through reasons of damage or poor quality.
  • Items ordered as part of a discounted offer or bundle and subsequently returned might make the discount no longer eligible. The price may be adjusted in that case to reflect the valid price in the refunded amount

Our policy is not to exchange products. We will in most cases refund in line with the terms above and ask you reorder a new product
